Zoysia tenuifolia also known as "no Mow" grass. Its a fine leafed grass that hardy grows up at all, more grows across and mainly used in between pavers & steppers or in rockery gardens etc. 

TIP: when planting to achieve a low growing mass between pavers, grab the pot and break up the grass into smaller pieces and plant, this will reduce the ability of the Zoysia no mow grass from clumping and growing to high
