Sunshu Nashi Pear is "low Chill" pear that is suitablefor growing and fruiting in sub tropical areas. it is Self polinating and will fruit within 3 years. the flesh is white, sort of crunchy and has a beautiful taste. 

Grows around 4.0m high however looks best kept around 2 - 2.5m tall. loves a good pruning and feed seasonally
